The Washington Mayfair Hotel

This project involved the design and construction at 7th, 8th and roof level to create additional accommodation, guest rooms, new plant enclosure and plant screening to include new boiler room. Replacement of air conditioning units to all bedrooms was also included.  There was a substantial element of builders work, making good and redecoration works.  As the Hotel remained fully operational the installation of temporary works and maintenance of existing services were paramount.  Consarc were appointed by Mastcraft Ltd. as Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor and CDM Coordinator.
