Castle Leslie is an historic family estate now run as a high quality hotel and equestrian centre. Consarc have been continually working on the estate for over ten years and have guided its transformation into one of the most atmospheric and characterful experiences in Ireland.

Consarc provided Quantity Surveying services for the Design, restoration and construction of a number of projects within the Castle Leslie Estate in Co. Monaghan. This included Construction of 70 new build houses adjacent to the main street of the village of Glaslough. Restoration and extension of former Hunting Lodge to create a new bedroom wing, restaurants, bar and spa. Construction of a new equestrian centre housing 60 stables plus an arena for horse jumping. Restoration and extension of former stableyard buildings to create self-catering apartments for rent.
