Consarc Quantity Surveying are currently involved with the Development of a 170 bed hotel, multi-use facility with 1000 person conference centre (approximately 3,500m2) and Unite the Unions Regional office (approximately 4,570m2) and car parking (approximately 70 spaces).

This development also comprises a proposed hotel building comprising 5 residential storeys above 2 levels of associated hotel facilities including reception areas, restaurant, bar, conference facilities and 5 levels of office accommodation in an adjoining block.
